  • Special Category (Health & Energy) Data: Health metrics, physical symptoms, and assessment details collected via mandatory enrolment forms to ensure your safety during specialized sessions (such as the Lucia No3 Lucid Light Experience or Live Energy Diagnostics).

However, in direct compliance with our professional indemnity and public liability insurance requirements (Everywhen (formerly Towergate) Policy Conditions), all client consultation forms, health screenings, liability waivers, and session treatment notes for adult clients are securely retained for a mandatory period of 7 years from the date of your last attended session. For minors under the age of 18, these clinical records are securely retained until the individual reaches the age of 25 (7 years past the age of legal majority), strictly to satisfy statutory limitation rules and insurance record-keeping mandates. After these explicit periods expire, records are permanently purged from our digital servers or securely shredded.

We do not use automated profiling, automated decision-making systems, or AI algorithms to evaluate, analyze, or make decisions regarding our clients.
