The Alchemist Within

A 4 day empowering Alchemy retreat working with the 5 Elements, QiGong, Meditation & the Stargate to create the "Elixir of the Immortals ".

Over the course of the 4 days we will be utilising Traditional QiGong methods of "Sealing the Senses" & "Returning to the Origin" as well as the NeiDan (Inner Alchemy) of the WuXing (5 Elements). This will enable a deep internal transformation throughout one's Energetic matrix.

The creation of the Elixir in the final stages of NeiDan allows for the potential of experiences of Consciousness in the traditional Enlightenment practices of the Dao.
