A series of 4 QI GONG Energy meditations, that can be taken as a course or individually exploring Earth Alchemy. As the Earth evolves and changes we have the choice to align with and achieve energetic coherence with it.

Using NeiDan - Inner Alchemy methods that have been refined in the Daoist lineages and traditions for thousands of years - one can work with various aspects of the Earth energies to achieve not only an energetic coherence with it, but also a connection to the multi dimensional aspects of the Planet, which are now more available with the rise of human energy consciousness.

As a deeper integration with the Earth's energy consciousness is realised there is an immense potential for transmutation of old Energetics and Energy patterns allowing our multi dimensionality to evolve.

In this series of 4 sessions you will learn NeiDan - Inner Alchemy methods to create a WuXin Ding - 5 Elements Alchemical vessel and then using specific Energies of Planet Earth the Alchemical process will be initiated to create the Alchemical Elixirs. These newly created Energies will then be utilised within your Qi/Energy matrix.

The Earth Alchemy will culminate in a connection to an Earth portal to maximise our coherence with the Planetary energy-consciousness.

Through the initiation of the Alchemical process within self, enormous transformational potential can be realised. This allows you to express more of your True Nature through all aspects of your Earth life path: physically, emotionally & mentally.

How it works:
Once you have booked your place you will receive a confirmation email with full instructions and the link to join the LIVE Online QiGong Energy Meditations at the specified time.

Emails are sent on the day you have booked the session for you unless have booked the full course in which case you will receive an email with links for all session dates.

It is the fundamental aspect of Traditional Chinese Medicine which works on harmonising the Qi/Energy flow of the Organs (ZangFu) & their associated Meridians (JingLuo) through Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, QiGong & TuiNa.

Combinations of meditative focus, breathing methods, movement & stillness techniques are all aspects of QiGong, by interacting with & manipulating the Qi within our bodies as well as interaction with the multitude of Qi fields around us, one can achieve an abundance of Qi flow resulting in relaxation, health, rejuvenation & vitality.
