A series of 5 QI GONG Energy meditations, that can be taken as a course or individually, working with Cosmos Sun Star energetics through the process of Inner Alchemy (NeiDan).
QI GONG Energy meditation series
Cosmic Energy is ever present, continually interacting with us, most easily observed and accessed through the Sun, Moon & Stars.
These Energies can not only be connected to but also utilised via the Alchemical process to achieve transformation within our Qi matrix/energy field.
The Alchemical process transmutes Energies and is both creative - the birthing of the new Energies - and destructive - the death of the old Energetics. It is a process that has been refined in the Daoist lineages and traditions for thousands of years using NeiDan - Inner Alchemy methods.
A requirement for NeiDan Inner Alchemy methods is the creation of the Ding - Cauldron or Alchemical vessel - in which the Alchemical process occurs. In the next stage the Energetics are gathered, refined and brought into the Ding - Alchemical vessel. Now the process of Alchemy can be initiated with catalysts to fire the transmutation process.
