A series of 4 QI GONG Energy meditations, that can be taken as a course or individually, experiencing & working with the Cosmos BaGua energies.
These Planetary connections are vast and as one connects to and then draws these into the Cosmos BaGua a potent energetic creation occurs which can then be anchored within the Earth BaGua - the Eight Trigrams manifest in Nature as Heaven; Earth; Fire; Water; Thunder; Wind; Lake & Mountain.
The BaGua represent the fundamental principles of reality and BaGua QiGong is a profound Energy skill that Daoist lineages have practiced for thousands of years to achieve an Internal-External energetic Harmony working with the Reality of the Dao rather than in opposition to the natural order.
How it works
Being able to then merge with and see the subtle energetics of these planets merging and colliding as you create your BaGua and coming to the point of that merging to see what is emanating from your creation.
With your focused intent and direction of movement you will generate some powerful creative forces which you can then merge with your Earth BaGua.

This Cosmos BaGua QI GONG series will be working with the 8 Trigram energies, week by week, anchoring these into your Qi/Energy matrix to elevate your Energy Consciousness.
These 8 Trigram energies will include:
